About NO.EL

Focus Technology to Optimize Every Step of Stretch Film Production Process Downstream from Extrusion
NO.EL’s engineering team is 100% focused on continuous improvement of all industrial systems that support the processing and packaging of stretch film products after the extrusion process is complete.
Products

NO.EL’s equipment offering includes systems to automate stretch film production after the extrusion process, including:

  • Standard Products that handle winding of extruded stretch film. Systems produce rolls for both semi-automatic and manual applications.
  • Specialty Products that are customized to perfectly integrate into the customer’s overall stretch film production line. Systems developed for custom application include film rewinding systems for both conventional and pre-stretched film, film cutting systems, laser quality control systems, and systems to monitor pre-stretch film production.
  • Additional After-Extrusion Production Equipment including rewinders, conveyor belts, and automation of the entire bundling and packaging of finished stretch film products.

Installation, Training, and Service

Because NO.EL focuses strictly on post-extrusion automation, the company has a niche expertise that takes NO.EL products and services to more than 100 of companies world-wide.
NO.EL’s production equipment plays a strategic role in larger automation programs for stretch-film producers. Therefore, NO.EL’s customer service and support culture is committed to a very hands-on, custom consulting approach in every customer account to ensure smooth and highly reliable equipment performance. Training takes place in one of two ways: in NO.EL’s headquarters in Italy or on-site at the customer’s location. After installation, NO.EL monitors equipment performance on a continuous basis through an internet connection to detect problems before they impact production flow.
